May 5, 2011 Do you run an email blacklist on your dedicated email server
To me that’s an important feature as I mentioned before that we don’t all have the same idea of what’s spam and what isn’t. Mailwasher will learn and take care of it for you. As a rule I have enough confidence it Mailwasher to have it delete spam or blacklisted emails from my server and not even download them. You can check an email blacklist at the link.
As we all do different things with email you should take the time to set up your own version of an email blacklist. Most email clients will help you with this but some are better than others. As far as I’m concerned Mailwasher Pro does a great job managing my email blacklist, does your email software do the same? If not switch to an email client that does.
What does it mean to have dedicated servers? A dedicated email server is one that is totally yours. It may be hosted elsewhere but the server and all it does is dedicated to your company and to what you need. Outsourcing your server needs can be a good thing as you don’t really need to worry about software or hardware upgrades. On the downside you are not 100% in control of the server.
Companies with more than 20 employees need communication between all employees that is easy to use and dedicated to that purpose alone. Your dedicated email server needs to have an easy control panel or interface that everyone can figure out. IOW it should be intuitive, uncluttered and uncomplicated.
