The intention is that they can just download this template – this basic shell of a website that includes all the design elements of a what website should look like, but no content, and get down to business. The hopeful user who wants to learn how to develop a website just downloads one of these templates, and they have an instant website. He just has to add content – pictures, articles and so on – and his website is ready. He just doesn’t have to worry about the nitty-gritty Of it.
