Since most people who weight train are trying to build muscle size, they are basically bodybuilding. When you do bodybuilding workouts you will not only shape your physique, but you will also be able to lose more fat because gaining muscle also raises your resting metabolic rate. One of the best bodybuilding tips is to weight train with proper form. You will also need to constantly make changes to your workouts to prevent hitting a plateau. If you always do the same things, your muscles will eventually get too used to your workouts and slow down their gains. A great way to keep your muscles guessing is to change the amount of reps you do for each set from workout to workout. You can also try different exercises and change the order you do them in.
